What is the role of a CityChurch café worker?
Café workers promote a vibrantly enjoyable atmosphere for both workers and customers. They foster a warm, friendly, and clean atmosphere before, during, and after each experience. Café workers know and understand excellent preparation of menu items through sufficient instruction and training.
When do Café workers serve?
Café workers serve before and after Sunday morning experiences and throughout special events hosted by CityChurch. Café workers serve on average 2 times per month.
Responsibilities of a CityChurch café worker:
* Arrive 15 minutes prior to café opening.
* Prepare and serve excellent café drinks and goods.
* Maintain a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for workers and customers through friendliness and a warm welcoming smile.
* Maintain good sanitation and cleanliness of the café and foyer area.
* Work at a fast pace to provide quick exceptional drinks and food to customers in a timely fashion.
* Operate the café register with accurate recording of all sales and transactions and maintain financial accountability.
* Perform closing duties which include cleaning and completing a financial report.
